This template is in .xml format which can be opened and edited using Microsoft Word. The template has 10 cards outlined on an A4 Sheet with clear cutting marks to make it easy for you to cut after printing. For an even neater finish use pre-cut business card paper.

Download instructions to save the templates onto your computer:
• Right click on the download link.
• Choose “save link as” form the menu that appears.
• Choose the location to which you wish to save the file.
• Click “save” button to save.
• Open the file and edit using Microsoft Word.

Or
• Choose “copy link location” (instead of “save link as”) and paste this into your download manager.

Be sure to read about standard business card size and where to place text and graphics safely so that they are not cut out when trimming the card to actual size.

Instructions for customizing the business card templates
• Click on the text to highlight the text box around it. Replace the text with your desired text. Change the font, text size and colour if desired.
• To place your pre-designed logo go to “Insert” on the word menu bar, choose “picture” from the drop down menu that will appear and “from file” for the next menu that appears. Go to the folder in which your logo is saved and import it to word. If the logo is not movable or adjustable when it appears in word right-click on it, choose “format picture” and in the “layout” options choose “behind text” as the wrapping style. This will allow you to move the graphic wherever you like on the card. Be sure to delete the text box for the logo.
• If you do not wish to put a logo simply delete the text box for the logo.
• You can change the colours of the background and graphics to suit your personal style. Look through our selection of
free business card backgrounds for images you can put on your card. When you add a background image remember to right-click on it, go to “order” on the menu that appears and select “send to back” in order for the image to be behind the text.
