Free Business Card Template for Download

With this free business card template all you have to do is simply download, fill in you personal details and print. It's that easy.

The template is in A4 format and already neatly marked to print 10 business cards per sheet. It's in .xml format which can be opened using Microsoft word. Edit it like you would any Word document.

Download instructions to save the free business card template onto your computer:
• Right click on the download link.
• Choose “save link as” form the menu that appears.
• Choose the location to which you wish to save the file.
• Click “save” button to save.
• Open the file and edit using Microsoft Word.

Or
• Choose “copy link location” (instead of “save link as”) and paste this into your download manager.

Be sure to read about standard business card measurements and where to place text and graphics safely so that they are not cut out when trimming the card to actual size.

Instructions for customizing the template

• Click on the text to highlight the text box around it. Replace the text with your desired text. Change the font, text size and colour if desired.

• To place your pre-designed logo go to “Insert” on the word menu bar, choose “picture” from the drop down menu that will appear and “from file” for the next menu that appears. Go to the folder in which your logo is saved and import it to word. If the logo is not movable or adjustable when it appears in word right-click on it, choose “format picture” and in the “layout” options choose “behind text” as the wrapping style. This will allow you to move the graphic wherever you like on the card. Be sure to delete the text box for the logo.

• If you do not wish to put a logo simply delete the text box for the logo.

• You can change the colours of the background and graphics to suit your personal style. Look through our selection of free business card backgrounds for images you can put on your card. When you add a background image remember to right-click on it, go to “order” on the menu that appears and select “send to back” in order for the image to be behind the text.
