No Catch, Really

We went around looking for free business cards. Understandably we started the search with a high level of scepticism. After all, who give away free cards on the internet with absolutely no strings attached?

The whole idea seemed rather crazy and unlikely.

But, we were in for a pleasant surprise. We did find someone giving away business cards. At this point however, we were still a little suspicious. The only way to know for sure was to go to the website and order the cards.

That’s exactly what we did. The ordering process seemed simple enough and designing the cards was a piece of cake. Then placing the order – the only costs we had to pay were the shipping charges. Fair enough.

Then it was a waiting game. Were those cards actually going to arrive in our mail or had we been taken for a ride? One day passed. Then two days, then three days... then about a week later the cards arrived. Phew! That was right in line with the shipping option we had chosen.

Now for the quality check. Let’s hope that “free” did not equate to “cheap looking.” After opening the package we were totally convinced. The quality was great and no different from cards that were fully paid for. Wonderful.

From then on it was a search for the catch. This truly was too good to be true. What was the catch? Well, who knows?

All we know is we got our free cards and the quality was great.
